云錫搖床基本結構云錫搖床主要由床面、床頭、溜動設備三大部分組成。床面由床架部分和給礦槽等部分組成。床面分有粗砂床面和刻槽床面。根據(jù)選礦粒度和濃度的不同選擇適當?shù)拇裁妫ǜ奖恚?。床面支撐在溜動設備上，由床頭掛鉤連接床面，在床頭的推動下使床面往復運動進行選礦。床頭系采用偏心軸帶動偏心滾輪來推動搖桿支臂，使搖桿支臂叉推動聯(lián)接丁頭螺桿，因而使螺桿往復運動。床頭潤滑軸承系采用ZQSN5-5-5材料作為滑動軸承，具有噪音小轉動靈活等特點。溜動設備部分主要是用來調節(jié)選礦設備所需要坡度，利用手輪調節(jié)斜度托板，使床面產生坡度、
