復(fù)合式破碎機(jī)簡稱為復(fù)合破，是破碎生產(chǎn)線和制砂生產(chǎn)線中常用設(shè)備之一。
復(fù)合破碎機(jī)是我公司在吸取國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)細(xì)碎設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，優(yōu)化設(shè)計而成的一種無篩條、可調(diào)式細(xì)碎設(shè)備，可廣泛適用于水泥廠的生料、熟料細(xì)碎作業(yè)，同時也可用于白云石、焦寶石、鉛鋅礦、蛇紋石、高爐渣、煤矸石、磷礦石等中等硬度物料的細(xì)碎作業(yè)，特別適用于硬質(zhì)石灰?guī)r、白云巖、花崗巖、玄武巖等人工造砂或高速公路路面石料的加工破碎。
本機(jī)破碎比度大，至大破碎比可達(dá)到出料粒度可以任意調(diào)節(jié)，不受板錘、襯板磨損的影響；無篩條設(shè)置，破碎水分含量高、含泥量大的物料時不易堵塞；采用彈性調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，進(jìn)入不可破碎物可自動排出，不會造成設(shè)備損壞；軸承水平布置，壽命長，可以破碎溫度高的物料（如水泥熟料）；本機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子體結(jié)構(gòu)獨(dú)特，破碎物料時，轉(zhuǎn)子體幾乎不磨損；后腔體設(shè)置有絲桿或液壓開啟機(jī)構(gòu)，不用起主設(shè)備，即可輕松更換易損件。
